We offer free delivery In Ireland, and free delivery in the UK if your order value is over £49, otherwise the cost is €5.

How long does delivery take?

1-2 Working Days.

DPD handle all our deliveries, with the usual DPD delivery hours.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are free in Ireland on full-priced goods. There are no free returns on sale items.

It is free In Ireland on full-priced goods. No free returns on sale items.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes if the order hasn’t been processed – otherwise you will need to return the goods in order for a refund to be given on full-priced goods.

What should I do if I receive damaged/faulty goods?

Can i exchange an item?
We are happy to offer an exchange of an item for the same style in a different size, providing the product being returned is unworn. Please email us at [email protected] or freephone us on 1800 989 500 to let know what size you would like to request and we can hold it aside until we receive your item back. 
If you would like to request a different item, you must complete a new order on our website.

Yes, 10% student discount is available to third level students online. Apply for the discount code by sending an email to [email protected], with a scan or photo of your student card (both sides) and course expiry date.
