We offer Free Returns throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Full price goods can be returned FREE of charge within Ireland and Northern Ireland for a full refund within 14 days.

We have teamed up with DPD to bring added convenience to our returns policy.

We do not offer free returns on sale or reduced items.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON FULL PRICED ITEMS

  • Enclosed with your order you will receive a returns label from DPD.
  • Please enclosed your dispatch invoice, we need this for your details.
  • Parcel up your purchase and fix the label to the parcel.
  • Drop off your package to any one of the DPD pickup points which are located across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Just click onto www.dpd.ie/pickup/pickuppointfinder to find the location most convenient to you. On Dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt which is your confirmation of your return.

 HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON SALE OR REDUCED ITEMS

  • Enclosed with your order you will receive a returns label from DPD, these will incur a cost of €6.99.
  • Please enclose your dispatch invoice, we need this for your details.
  • Parcel up your purchase and fix the label to the parcel.
  • Drop off your package to any of the DPD pickup points which are located across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Just click onto www.dpd.ie/pickuppickuppointfinder to find the location most convenient to you. On Dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt which is your confirmation of your return.

 

You can also choose to organise to return the items with AN POST.

Once we receive your goods back we will process a refund, this can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.

You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box. 

 

Due to heavy rush these days, some products might go out of stock and your order may be canceled.

Our Returns Guidelines

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While you are deciding to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box.

Also if the product is defective, please arrange to return it as soon as possible and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product, and if applicable the original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
