We offer Free Returns throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Full price goods can be returned FREE of charge within Ireland and Northern Ireland for a full refund within 14 days.

We have teamed up with DPD to bring added convenience to our returns policy.

 All returns on full priced items are free within Ireland and Northern Ireland.. If your item was on sale or discounted, a charge of €6.99 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of your return.

 1. To return your unwanted item, please log on to

  , select PICK UP, then select RETURNS and CONTINUE AS A GUEST.

  2. Fill out the returns section in order to download your returns label. The reference number is your order number.

  3. Print your returns label and attach the label to your returns package.

  4.  Drop off your package to any one of the DPD pickup points which are located across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Just click onto to find the location most convenient to you. On Dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt.

Please include your dispatch invoice with returns as we need this to process your refund.

You can also choose to organise to return the items with AN POST.

We offer a full refund for purchases returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.  Purchases returned after this but within 28 days will receive an exchange or credit. 

Shoes bought online can also be returned to any of our stores accompanied by your dispatch invoice.

Refunds are issued through Head Office by the original method of payment, and not issued instore.

Once we receive your goods back we will process a refund, this can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank and may take longer during busy periods.

Goods returned with a Gift Receipt can only be processed as an exchange or funds applied to a Greenes gift card.

Need to exhange an item?

We are happy to offer an exchange of an item for the same style in a different size, providing the product being returned is unworn. Please email us at [email protected] or freephone us on 1800 989 500 to let know what size you would like to request and we can hold it aside until we receive your item back. 

If you would like to request a different item, you must complete a new order on our website.

Our Returns Guidelines 

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While you are deciding to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box.

Also if the product is defective, please arrange to return it as soon as possible following the above guidlelines on and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product, and if applicable the original delivery cost. Any breakages, damages or faults should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
